For licensed businesses, the registration process is simple. Send us a copy of your business licence and/or other appropriate documentation. We will then contact you with a registration form. You only need to register your business once.
Our ordering process is completed over email. Send us a product enquiry or check our full product list for further information. Price lists can be supplied on request, however, most our customers prefer to email their requests through.
As part of our dedicated service, we thoroughly review each order to ensure that the quantity will be available and the expiry dates on the product are appropriate. While we work hard to ensure that all sizes of orders can be accommodated, we will notify you immediately if there are any manufacturing delays or other stock issues that would affect your order.
We only require payment after confirming that your order is available and you are prepared to move forward. After payment is received, we will send your order directly to you, providing you with a tracking number so you know when to anticipate its arrival. You can also arrange your own shipping if this is your preference.

We are strategically located near to one of New Zealand’s largest transport hubs to ensure that our shipping costs are kept to a minimum. We source all of our products from New Zealand based manufacturers and wholesalers. Our products are either genuine imports, or products manufactured locally and certified by the New Zealand government.
Our warehouse is temperature controlled to ensure that all products are kept within the range required by the manufacturer. We are also audited annually by the ministry of health to ensure our facility exceeds all legal requirements.

Our facility is temperature controlled to ensure all goods are stored within the manufacturers guidelines. We also can provide temperature loggers on shipments should they be required. Unfortunately, we do not supply refrigerated products.
